Olka Osadzińska is a strategist and co-founder of Office for Development, with nearly two decades of experience across the creative industry – from illustration and artistic production to creative direction, brand strategy, and structural brand governance. Her work spans international brands, cultural institutions, and corporate environments, giving her a cross-sector understanding of how ideas translate into decisions, products, and results.
Her practice is shaped by direct experience of strategic reinvention – both her own and that of the people she works with. Over the course of her career, she has navigated multiple strategic pivots, each requiring a redefinition of direction, positioning, and internal structure. Alongside this, nearly a decade of continuous work across therapeutic and coaching modalities informs her ability to engage with decision-making, patterns of thinking, and moments of change with precision and depth.
